I have recently read a number of articles about positive thinking and about how it’s not helping at all in creating results. In my opinion, these articles are somehow misleading.
Instead of decimating all the techniques that have come before us, let us acknowledge, that there is an evolution of techniques. Back in 1940’s we had Joseph Murphy telling us one miracle after another by simply having people go to bed at night and affirming that YES, they were going to get the answers from the Universe and they were going to positively expect miracles. “The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind” (1963) by Joseph Murphy is a beautiful book to read. The Master Keys, a lot of them talked about the fact that we can use our mind and consciousness to create results.

The book and movie The Secret also told us that we just had to declare our intent. So did Louise Hay and her book on the power of Affirmations.
In current understanding and the new ingredient that has now been talked about as the missing link is that we add emotions into the picture.
Feeling as if the future has already arrived, and is surrounding us, is the key factor to creating an impactful blueprint that tells the Universe what exactly it is that we want. But there is a missing link to it as well. We can get results, yet one more element can make a dramatic difference.
